Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The security lock symbol appears at the credit card entry stage of the checkout process.
How long does shipping take?
We have two shipping options available currently. Overnight Shipping- Orders placed by 2p EST. (additional fees will apply at checkout) If placed after 2PM EST. Monday through Saturday
Also, Standard Shipping Options- If placed after 2PM, all orders will be shipped within 2 to 10 business days. Be advised that these options are based on orders placed during normal business hours 9:00a-5:00 p.m. EST. Monday through Saturday
*Anticipated deliveries do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S Holidays. In the event that there may be unusual circumstances such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disaster, etc. this may delay deliveries.
Does PDC offer refunds?
Your purchase comes with the option to return unworn, undamaged items for store credit ONLY.
*Please send unworn clothing back to The Prototype Dynasty Couture Boutique within 7 business days of receipt. All unworn clothing with tags attached can be exchanged. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return merchandise authorization. This can be requested by emailing our staff via email at (pdcouture1425@gmail.com). To ensure that there is a seamless exchange be sure to contact customer service representative As Soon As Possible.
Store Credit
* In special circumstances All returns (that qualifies) are refunded via store credit in the form of a Prototype Dynasty Couture E-Gift Card.*
Store credit in the form of a Prototype Dynasty Couture E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received, processed, and approved at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered.
Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item, if applicable. The Prototype Dynasty Couture Boutique does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
*Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.
* Prototype Dynasty Couture does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
*Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit). If this error is on behalf of Prototype Dynasty Couture you will be provided an exchange for the correct item. The shipping fees and charges will be the responsibility of Prototype Dynasty Couture Boutique. Understand we take full accountability for any errors on our behalf.
Are the items true to size?
Yes, with the exception of noted items. The description will always give more details. Please see size chart regarding items, also, contact PDC if additional style related information. Unless noted otherwise, all of our garments are true to size and based on American sizing standards.
How often are items restocked at PDC?
We restock items when they become available from or vendors. Some items are restocked, and some are not. If we identify a demand for any specific merchandise Prototype Dynasty Couture will consider restocking the items to accommodate the need.
Although we cater to all shapes and sizes, Prototype Dynasty Couture prides itself on bringing the latest in plus-size women’s fashion.
